WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our Farmhouse venue is located in Templeton, California. Our address is: 5036 South El Pomar Templeton, CA 93465

WE ARE:

15 minutes southeast of Paso Robles 30 minutes north of San Luis Obispo

WHAT IS THE VENUE’S CAPACITY?

Our venue can host 200 people maximum.

ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL?

Absolutely! We provide 25 round tables for guest seating, as well as 8 banquet tables, 6 cocktail tables and up to 200 Fruitwood chairs. All tables and chairs are included with your rental.

DO YOU SET UP TABLES & CHAIRS FOR MY CEREMONY
AND RECEPTION?
We sure do! Tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception will be set up prior to your arrival. Your wedding planner and setup team will just need to add decor and your personality!

DO YOU REQUIRE A COORDINATOR?

To ensure that your event goes smoothly, we require you to have a coordinator for at least the month prior. Your coordinator cannot be a guest of your wedding.

DO YOU REQUIRE WEDDING DAY INSURANCE?

We do. Special Event Insurance can be purchased through your own insurance company, or online from companies like WedSafe and WedSure.

WHAT IS YOUR FOOD POLICY?

You’re welcome to choose a professional wedding & event caterer of your choice! However, we don’t allow homemade food of any kind or friends who want to cater your wedding.

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE THE VENUE ON OUR WEDDING DAY?

All couples will have access to the venue from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Last call at the bar happens at 9:30 p.m., and the last song is played at 10 p.m. From 10 to 11 p.m., we ask that you clean up your personal items and decor, and take anything that you don’t want us to throw away.

WHERE DOES MY BRIDAL PARTY GET READY?

Your venue rental includes a two-night stay in our Farmhouse for up to 8 people! You and your team can take over the Farmhouse the night before your wedding, wake up and get ready right on site. Our Farmhouse is newly renovated and excellent for pictures. We are happy to recommend hair and makeup teams as well.

CAN WE SET UP OR STORE ITEMS THE DAY BEFORE
THE WEDDING?
Yes – we like to give each couple exclusive access to the venue on their wedding day, so you can to store and set up the day prior. Things you want to store may be dropped off during your rehearsal time.

WHAT TYPE OF DECOR IS PROHIBITED?

Flammable liquid (Sterno heat is OK), rice, silly string, fake snow, faux flower petals.

WHO CLEANS THE VENUE AFTER OUR WEDDING?

Our staff will clean and break down after your wedding. You’re required to clean up your personal items, decor and rented decor. (this includes clearing the tables so you can get your table linens). You’ll take everything with you that you don’t want us to throw away, and we’ll take care of the rest!

WHEN DO WE HAVE OUR FINAL WALKTHROUGH
& CEREMONY REHEARSAL?
We’ll send you automated reminders when it’s time to schedule your final walkthrough and ceremony rehearsal. We typically do final walkthroughs about two weeks before your wedding. The ceremony rehearsal takes place for 1 hour the day before the wedding, and the time of the rehearsal is subject to availability.

WHEN DO I SEND MY FINAL GUEST COUNT TO
THE FABLEIST WINE CO.?
We like to have your final guest count at your final walkthrough (two weeks from your wedding day), but we’ll be in communication with you after that and we’re happy to make any last-minute adjustments to the guest count.
