Shipping Information

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine.

An adult signature (at least 21 years of age) is required for all wine deliveries so we highly encourage shipping to a business address. 

We currently ship to all states with the exception of UT, KY & MS.

West Coast orders will be shipped via GSO (CA, WA, OR, NV, AZ, ID & NM). All other states will be shipped via FedEx.

If shipping via FedEx you can ship to a retail store to have your package held there for pickup. Check FedEx for a location near you. Be sure to include the retailer in your shipping address.

Warm Weather Shipping 

We will ship year round but handle summer shipping differently depending on your location. See below for how we’ll handle your wine in the warm weather.

CA, AZ, WA, OR, NV, ID & NM:
via GSO in foam shippers with ice packs.  

Phoenix Metro & Tucson, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio & Austin:
We have partnered with Vinum55 to deliver your wines in temperature controlled trucks with great customer service. They will coordinate personally to arrange a delivery time that works best for you.

All other states:
With the extra cost associated with shipping this far in the heat we will increase shipping costs by $10 during the warmer months. Orders will be shipped via FedEx Cold Chain. This service takes a bit longer than regular ground shipping because cold chain trucks only leave our area on the dates listed below, but it gives us the confidence that your wines will arrive in optimal condition. Please ensure you’re available for the first delivery attempt or your wine could be exposed to heat.

Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to info@fableistwine.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 805-246-1431 for return instructions.
